Tasting Notes
Easily recognizable cool climate Sauvignon Blanc.  Newly cut grass, gooseberry, asparagus, fig leaf and passion fruit flavours, which skims across the palate with determined verve to a mouth-watering fruity dry finish.

Food suggestions
The richness and complexity of Darling Sauvignon Blanc is best accompanied by grilled Indian Ocean calamari, with buttered baby potatoes and garden salad.  As this wine age, it can be paired with richer dishes, such as seafood “pottjie” or a rich wild mushroom risotto.
